Compound experiment

Detect the cleaning effect of the cleaning line Aluminum-plastic panel: use the tension-indicating reagent to test, and the plain paint “37” is horizontally wiped, and the shrinkage time of the reagent is more than 10 seconds. The silver paint is wiped horizontally with the “37” reagent, and the shrinkage time of the test machine is more than 5 seconds.

Boiling experiment

Detect the adhesion between the coating and the substrate layer.

Pencil hardness test

Test the hardness index of the paint film. The length of the pencil lead is 3CM, put it on a flat surface with sandpaper, and grind the pencil lead vertically with the surface of the sandpaper to keep the mark far sharp. The pencil and the sample are pushed forward at a constant speed at an angle of 15 degrees, and pencils with different hardnesses are used to make 5 strokes. Check the scratches on the surface of the paint film to confirm the measured value.

Protective film tensile tester

Test the viscosity of the finished protective film. Plain paint: 8N-10N Silver paint: 10N-15N. The 10cm protective film is compacted by a laminating machine on a matte standard base plate with a width of 10cm, and then a tension machine is used at 2cm/sec. The speed is 180 degrees horizontally and uniformly peeled off, and the displayed value is the viscosity of the protective film

Micrometer

The micrometer is zeroed and measured 3 times at different positions and averaged (the maximum deviation between the 3 measured values shall not exceed the error range). The maximum deviation or the total thickness exceeding the standard shall be regarded as unqualified.

Salt spray test

Simulate the environment of the ocean or the climate of the salty and humid area to test the salt spray corrosion resistance of the finished product. The assay used 5% sodium chloride. Our testing time is generally 2000 hours, which is equivalent to 6 years in a humid and corrosive environment at the seaside

Weathering test machine

Simulate changes in the climate and environment by ultraviolet rays, temperature, humidity (condensation) in sunlight, detect the aging degree of products and materials in a short period of time, and reflect the phenomenon of discoloration and fading of product coatings.
