Roll coating

Roller coating uses a rotating roller as the carrier of the coating. The coating forms a wet film of a certain thickness on the surface of the rotating roller, and then contacts the object to be coated with the help of the rotating roller during the rotation process to coat the surface of the object to be coated. Roller coating is suitable for flat coating, widely used for coating metal plate, plywood, cloth and paper, especially for metal coil coating.

The surface is processed with (physical treatment) mechanical friction or extrusion to produce straight lines. The brushed aluminum plate is the manufacturing process of repeatedly scraping the aluminum plate out of the line with sandpaper. The main process of the process is divided into three parts: deesterification, sand mill and water washing.
