In actual aluminum production, in order to facilitate transportation and use, aluminum is processed into aluminum plates of different thicknesses. Because aluminum has active chemical properties and is an easily oxidized metal, strict packaging must be carried out during transportation and storage.

In order to ensure that aluminum plates are foolproof during transportation and storage, in order to allow customers to use aluminum plates with stable quality. After several years of trial and error, a clear standard for aluminum sheet packaging has been formulated:

1. First wrap the aluminum plate tightly with a layer of dense waterproof film, and carefully seal it with tape to ensure that no part of the aluminum plate is exposed to the possible humid air, and at the same time place enough desiccant inside the package. This is to ensure that the interior of the aluminum plate is dry, and the aluminum plate is not exposed to any liquid, so as to prevent the aluminum plate from being oxidized or corroded.

2. Wrap a layer of kraft waterproof paper on the outside of the waterproof film. This is mainly to ensure that the weak waterproof membrane will not be damaged, and the waterproof paper can also isolate the external moisture to a certain extent. Condensation phenomenon to prevent oxidation of aluminum plate.

3. The outside of the kraft paper will be covered with a whole layer of corrugated paper for protection. The edges and corners of the aluminum plate are protected by special corrugations, and then the aluminum plate and the wooden pallet are packaged together with a metal packing tape. Reinforce several tons of aluminum plates to prevent the aluminum plates from falling and sliding during transportation, and avoid friction between the aluminum plates and the aluminum plates after fixing.

After repeated tests, this packaging method can not only effectively prevent corrosion and oxidation of the aluminum plate, but also protect the aluminum plate during long-distance transportation, and the aluminum plate will not be deformed or scratched due to handling.
